Standard one (1) year warranty covering all manufacturing or general repair issues.
AXIL Limited Extended Warranty – Add an extended warranty on to your product for a fraction of the cost of the original cost of the product.
The limited warranty covers manufacturer defects throughout the year of warranty. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date
Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided upon time of the claim
Each product warranty replacement is subject to a deductible at the time of the claim

Refund / Return Policy
All AXIL products come with a 30 day return policy. To return a product call (801)566-0240. All items must be in original condition. Custom products are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. Damaged or missing product will not be reimbursed. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be reimbursed in the same manner as the original purchase within 30 days of receipt.
All Transactions are secure with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption, the industry standard, for encrypting all personal information, including name, address, and credit card numbers. When you order from us all your personal information is protected.
It’s easy to make a purchase at AXIL. You can pay for your order with any major credit card via Paypal or Authorize.net.
All orders are shipped from the USA by UPS or USPS or FedEX. All orders are shipped within1-3 business days on in stock orders and 4-5 weeks for custom orders.
Delivery is subject to availability. Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as possible upon being restocked. Please take shipping time into consideration when placing your order. Once your order ships delivery across the USA and Canada is usually takes 5-7 business days.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product.
For your convenience, we accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you. Please contact us to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it.

All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material.
