AXIL Refund Policy

Standard Return Policy "Axil offers a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. This 30-day period commences on the date of delivery to the customer, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information, not the date of order placement.

If you wish to return a product, you must notify Axil and initiate the return process within thirty (30) days of taking possession of the item. Items must be returned in their original condition.

AXIL products come with a 30 day return policy.* To return a product, please call (801) 566-0240. All items must be in original condition. Custom products are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. Damaged or missing product will not be reimbursed. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be reimbursed in the same manner as the original purchase within 30 days of receipt.
